Multimedia Project
──── ✧《✩》✧ ────
I bet you’ve already made at least one multimedia project and so have I!
For my project, I used several components to make it engaging and informative. These included video clips, background music, voice narration, images, and text overlays.
What components did I use?
I recorded some of the video clips myself using my phone, added a voice narration I also recorded, and brought it all together using CapCut, a free video editing app. I also included background music, still images, and text to support the visuals and message.
How did I acquire them?
I created and recorded the video clips and narration on my own. For the music and images I didn’t make myself, I searched for materials that are free to use legally.
Yes, I did use others’ work, specifically some background music and a few images. But I made sure to use them legally by getting them from websites that offer royalty-free content, like Pixabay and Free Music Archive. These platforms allow people to use media freely, often without needing permission, as long as you follow the rules. To do it right, I included proper credits at the end of my video to acknowledge the creators, which is one of the legal and ethical ways to use someone else’s content.
Creating this project was not just fun, but also a great way to learn how to combine creativity with responsibility when using digital media. 💻
Can you share yours too? :)
